ep789 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by ep789 through the domain ep789.bio (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "ep789", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ep789 platform and close your account if one has already been created.

ep789 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via email or on-platform notification.

To register and maintain an account on ep789, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ep789 strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces age verification as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated bots, and artificial agents are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid payment method.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended ep789 account. Each player is permitted a maximum of one (1) registered account.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by ep789 or affiliated responsible gaming organisations.

ep789 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, and source of funds at any time as part of its ongoing KYC and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, with any outstanding balance held pending compliance review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ep789 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Immediately notify ep789 support if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensure that your account details remain accurate and up to date at all times.
• Not transfer, sell, or assign your account or any rights thereto to another person.
• Not access or attempt to access another player's account.

ep789 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, ep789 may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation. During any such investigation, access to funds may be restricted.

ep789 accounts are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any use of the account for commercial purposes, professional gambling services, or as part of any syndicated betting arrangement is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

All financial transactions on ep789 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ep789 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your ep789 account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. ep789 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. ep789 will process withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever operationally possible. Processing times vary by payment method but ep789 targets completion within one (1) to three (3) business days for verified accounts.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ep789 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to approving any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests linked to bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements set out in Section 6 of these Terms.
• ep789 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

All bets and wagers placed on ep789 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event, as published on the Platform at the time of the bet. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

By placing a bet or wager, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All gaming outcomes on ep789 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live results in real time, as applicable.
• ep789 does not guarantee any particular outcome or return from any game or bet.
• Bets once placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended, except as expressly permitted under specific game rules.
• ep789 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including cases where an incorrect price or market was offered due to a technical fault or human error.
• Winnings from sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and competition, including rules governing postponements, abandonments, and player withdrawals.

Cricket betting on ep789 covers PSL matches, PCB domestic competitions, and Pakistan international fixtures. Match odds, player performance markets, and in-play betting are available subject to market availability. ep789 reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without prior notice.

ep789 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be communicated at the time of each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.

ep789 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. All promotional decisions by ep789 are final.

ep789 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all accessible from within the player account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ep789 staff or other players.

ep789 reserves the right to investigate any account activity it deems suspicious. During any such investigation, the relevant account(s) and associated funds may be frozen. ep789's findings and decisions in such matters are final.

All content, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, images, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the ep789 platform are the exclusive property of ep789 or its licensors. All rights are expressly reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ep789.
• Use any ep789 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Frame, scrape, or deep-link to any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ep789, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

ep789 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

ep789's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ep789 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ep789 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ep789 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with third-party payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required by law or operational necessity.

ep789 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the ep789 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

ep789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC or AML verification within the required timeframe.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, subject to applicable dormancy policy.

You may close your ep789 account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering requirements and any outstanding compliance holds.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory standards and the laws of the jurisdiction under which ep789 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution body.

ep789 operates its complaints handling process in English. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to our support team. ep789 will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within five (5) business days and aim to provide a full response within thirty (30) calendar days.
